4th item

My fourth item has to fulfil these functions:

• Be consistent with the visual style
• feature some riff on the anatomical theme I have been going with 
• be gender neutral and for anyone to use/wear

My idea at the moment is a pen that looks like a scalpel, because it relates to my "guts" dissecting theme, and it could maybe come in a cute case to extend my theme a bit more than just a scalpel. Fountain pens have a sort of "blade" I could make to look like a scalpel blade.

These fountain pens look very scalpel like because of the metal sheen and silver colour.
